Libby is a senior consultant with expertise in institutional real estate and construction insurance strategies for mitigating risk. She also has proficiency in managing risk and risk allocation for domestic and international portfolios of real estate investment firms.

Experience
Libby has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of risk management involving real estate including technical skills in areas involving real estate development such as environmental, builder’s risk and OCIPs. Libby’s prior experience includes serving as vice president of risk management and insurance for a global real estate investment company with over $83 billion in assets under management. In this role, Libby managed portfolio and construction insurance across the US and Canada for private fund and public sector clients, as well the corporate risk. Libby’s experience includes managing property, casualty, environmental, and construction insurance for all types of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, life science, cold storage, and hotels.
