Gloria N. Brumfield, AINS

Responsibilities

 

Gloria  is a consultant with experience in all aspects of risk management in  real estate. She works as the primary consultant handing the largest educator-only pension fund in the world, and the second largest pension fund in the nation. In addition to overall risk management consulting, Gloria’s primary duty is to work with this client’s partners and outside legal counsel to make recommendations to new and renewal joint venture agreements with investment partners.

 

Gloria also works with one of the most active retail developers in the United States, with projects in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. She administers the implementation of the insurance requirements waiver process and regularly addresses questions and concerns regarding leases, certificates, and other risk and insurance related matters; whether it is concerns over endorsements attached to certificates, or assistance with responding.

Experience

Gloria has over 35 years of experience in insurance and risk management. Prior to joining Albert Risk, she held the positions of Vice President at Bickmore and Client Manager at Marsh Risk & Insurance Services, Inc.
