Responsibilities

Tim has expertise in the education and financial institutions industries and leads those practice groups. He is also the firm’s foremost expert on cyber liability insurance matters and assists clients across all industry sectors with assessing cyber exposures and tailoring the best insurance solutions to address them. Additionally, Tim is a key member of the firm's enterprise risk management (ERM) practice group, and he has particular expertise in helping international schools establish pragmatic and sustainable ERM programs.

Experience

Tim has over 13 years in the industry, 6 of which have been with the firm. Prior to joining Albert Risk, Tim held a variety of insurance brokerage roles including positions in marketing and account management.

Publishing and Speaking Activity

Tim King will be presenting at the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA) conference in Doha, Qatar on October 17, 2016.  His topic will cover loss control issues in international schools. 
Mike Rodman and Tim King will be presenting at the EARCOS (East Asia Regional Council of Schools) Leadership Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on October 27-28, 2016. They will be discussing Enterprise Risk Management and Key Risks Facing International Schools.
Timothy King spoke at the annual Central and Eastern European Schools Association (CEESA) Business Managers Conference hosted in Warsaw, Poland on October 18th and 19th 2013. Topics included a presentation on Critical Risk Management Issues Facing International Schools, as well as hosting a Risk Management Question and Answer session for the CEESA Business Managers.
