Richard is responsible for increasing sales and developing distribution channels. He also develops programs to increase the visibility of the firm in the marketplace.
Richard has over 25 years of experience as both a client and service provider. He has been Chief Marketing Officer at a major Massachusetts law firm and Director of Marketing and Strategy for the Financial Services Practice at Arthur Andersen in New England. As Director of Corporate Development at John Hancock Mutual Funds, he was in charge of market research, product development and strategic planning. He also has experience working in emerging technology as Director of Corporate Development at SkillSoft. Richard spent 11 years early in his career as a practicing attorney as in-house counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at John Hancock Funds and as a federal regulatory attorney.
