Mike has been helping clients calculate appropriate insurance policy limits based on their needs and the particular policy form they are purchasing. He considers clients’ business income, gross profits, extra expenses or a combined loss of income and extra expense to determine the correct amount of insurance coverage. The dean of our firm with over a half century of hands-on industry knowledge, Mike is a sought-after expert witness and leads the firm’s Litigation Support Practice. He writes expert opinion reports and testifies at depositions and trials on the responsibilities of agents and brokers and insurance industry practices including the intent of insurance policy language.
Mike has over 50 years experience in the industry, 47 of which have been with the firm. Prior to his joining the firm, he was a licensed insurance broker and account executive with a Boston-based insurance agency.
